Waarom ATEX?
Werkplekken kunnen gevaarlijk zijn als er ontvlambare gassen, nevels, dampen of brandbaar stof aanwezig zijn, aangezien deze een explosieve atmosfeer kunnen veroorzaken. Deze explosies kunnen dodelijk zijn, ernstig letsel veroorzaken en aanzienlijke schade aanrichten.
De wet vereist dat werkgevers alle potentiële gevaren van explosieve atmosferen op de werkplek elimineren of adequaat beheren in overeenstemming met de Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmospheres Regulations 2002 (DSEAR). Bij het kiezen van apparatuur en beveiligingssystemen voor aangewezen gebieden, is het essentieel om de richtlijnen te volgen die zijn beschreven in de 1996 Equipment and Protective Systems Regulations for Use in Potentieel Explosieve Atmosferen.
Vacuum Unit
This unit includes a compressed air-cleaned cartridge filter, dust container, side channel blower, and an electrical/control cabinet to make it a complete system. This unit is for vacuuming, welding, and dust elimination. It separates dust in two stages: cyclone and conical cartridge filter.
Bench Cleaning
To effectively clean bench stools, we suggest our cleaning package, which consists of an antistatic cleaning hose, hose sleeves, a nozzle adapter, a brush nozzle, and a gap nozzle. These fulfil essential health and safety requirements and undergo the necessary conformity processes.
