LEV COSHH Testing
At a-mac Environmental, we take pride in offering comprehensive LEV testing services, emphasising meeting HSE regulations. The Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) regulations 2002 are in place to ensure the safety of workers who may be exposed to hazardous substances in the workplace.
These regulations require that all Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) systems and control equipment be thoroughly examined and tested every 14 months.
Our team of qualified technicians are dedicated to helping you ensure the safety of your employees and the longevity of your LEV systems. They will provide comprehensive reports on the performance of your LEV system after each test, along with any identified problems and recommendations for action if required.

LEV Maintenance
We know how important it is to keep your LEV system in top condition, which is why we offer a Maintenance Service to ensure it's always running at peak performance.

Our maintenance service covers everything from visual assessment and appraisal of the system to visual filter check and differential pressure test, lubrication of all moving parts, duct inspection, service of extraction arms, fan impellor balance check and fan airflow test. We also perform a thorough inspection, test and certify each individual component so you can rest assured that your system will continue working properly for years to come.
